The Kinds of Pallet Jobs We Hire For

Our openings change with the needs of the business, but pallet jobs at Blue Ridge Pallet typically fall into a few main areas:

• Production and repair. Building new pallets from recycled material, repairing damaged pallets, and sorting incoming stock by size and grade.
• Yard and warehouse. Loading and unloading trailers, operating forklifts, organizing inventory, and keeping the yard running smoothly.
• Drivers and delivery. Delivering pallets to customers across our service area, picking up used pallets, and supporting our drop trailer program. A valid driver’s license is required for these roles, and some positions may require a CDL.
• Wood recycling. Helping process scrap and unusable wood into boiler fuel and animal bedding.

Experience with pallets, construction, manufacturing, or warehouse work is a plus, but a strong work ethic matters most.
